Pakistan is developing nation which has to overcome many obstacle created by others and themselves. Any nation is measured by its people education, health and hospitals, roads & railways and infra structure. the way to overcome disasters and way individuals citizens behave and act in crises. In Pakistan where DHA and Baharia towns and shopping centers expensive to afford are flourishing the 90 percent population live on margins. The public road are poorly asphalted with no footh paths. The garbage and waste is thrown in river water with less treatment or re cycle facilities. The traffic is un disciplined and rowdy. 1- Big cities should have re cycling plant and blue bin for waste and green bin for paper, glass &b plastic. 2- Foot paths and properly paved inner city roads. 3- city wide traffic signaling system as Canada has no fault systems 4- As city traffic is most un disciplined, the presence of Police men with loose flourecent green or orange jackets where blue and thin police person is unvisible, so big fat beetle in ants approach should used. 5-The more enlightened Army should solve layout of roads and traffic planning issues of cities where they have Head quaters. 6- In all the cities clean air initiative should be adopted.
