As part of the forum’s international night celebrations the group will promote their country’s culture by setting up a booth that showcases Pakistan’s art, culture and tourism. “Youth promoting their country through cultural diplomacy is the best way to enhance people to people relations,” said the team’s mentor Mobisher Rabbani, who will also be speaking at the conference on defence and diplomacy. One of the students taking part in the event, Beenish Fatima, 21, said that the forum is a great platform to voice environmental issues. “I intend to use the platform of HPAIR to voice the concerns, problems and solutions about energy and environment with perspective of Pakistan in context of Asia and world in general.” She said Another team member, Omar Mushtaq Ahmad, 25, Human Resource MBA student said: “I want to join the conference for two simple reasons. One to clarify the ground reality of Pakistan’s issues to the world and two, to learn from the west and make a contribution to my society.”
