Paleo Banana Bread Recipe Grain free, processed sugar free, gluten free wheat free, dairy free :-)) Preheat oven to 180 degrees Ingredients: 4 ripe bananas 1/4 cup coconut oil 3 eggs 2 cups almond flour (or finely ground almond meal) 1/2 cup nuts of choice (I used walnuts) OR shredded coconut 1-2 tablespoons raw honey (if available) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon baking soda Mix all ingredients well using electric beater (or thermomix!) and pour into greased loaf tin. Bake for 45-60 minutes, depending on oven type. We have fan forced so was done in 50 minutes. Serve with organic butter...... and ... YUMMMMM!!!
