Every mineral except for sodium and calcium is at least 35% of the daily value! All B vitamins except for B12 (not found among plants) are at least 23%! The only thing its really missing is vitamin C, the fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K), B12, and Calcium. Basically, if you eat 300 g of this stuff with nuts and something orange youll cover all your bases! Its amazing.
