These attacks come as the Israeli Knesset has been preparing to vote on a bill that aims to divide the holy compound. And as the Israeli Knesset is set to hold a session, to vote on the timing and place of the implementation of a proposed bill to divide the Al-Aqsa Mosque between Muslims and Zionist settlers, matters are on the verge of going from bad to worse. If passed, the law will pave the way for Jews to pray at the Mosque, through a Zionist imposed “equal right” for both Jews and Muslims to worship in the compound.
