Pamela Cantrell Marlow...Here is the basic recipe for No Fail Brunswick Stew I promised to post! :) Easy No-Fail Brunswick Stew 2- cans Cream Corn 1- can Whole Kernel Corn 2-14.5 oz. cans Diced tomatoes w/sweet onions 1-10 oz. can Castleberry BBQ Beef 1-14.5 oz. can Castleberry BBQ Pork 2-10 oz. cans Chicken 1-16 oz. (med.) Jar Mild Salsa Optional: 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce Salt Pepper ¼ cup Ketchup Just pour everything in a pot (do not drain anything) and cook very slow, cream corn will stick. Pam...I did mine in the Crockpot...Started it in the morning and let it cook all day on low...It was great! I did stir a few times. I had to vary from the recipe a little. Instead of Can Creamed Corn I used half a pkg. of frozen Todays Harvest Creamed Corn from Harveys. I couldnt find the Diced Tomatoes with sweet onions...So I just used diced tomatoes and I sauteed an onion in butter and added it to the crockpot. Oh...and I added a half a pkg. of frozen baby butterbeans. My stores didnt have Castelberry BBQ Beef and Pork...So I bought the brand they had...It really did come out great. Good luck with yours! :)
