Parrot heads and friends of Key West, There is an issue happening in Key West that I wanted to make you aware of. The Mayor and City Council are trying to pass a sound ordinance there and if it passes it would basically kill live music on Duval Street before 4 pm. This will have a direct impact on local musicians as well as musicians who travel there from across the country for the various events in Key West throughout the year including Meeting of the Minds.
