Part of understanding structural discrimination is knowing the role that implicit bias plays, since systems are made of individuals. Challenge: One way to combat discrimination is to first challenge ones own biases (conscious or unconscious). Through this understanding, we can begin to change our own attitudes and behaviors, and hopefully, begin to challenge others. Take Harvards Implicit Association Test (IAT), and if you are brave enough, post your results in the comment section or at least what surprised you about the test or results. https://implicit.harvard.edu/implicit/takeatest.html
