Passion trumps everything No matter what troubles I am going through in my life, I know that at the end of the day the weights will always be there. I am fortunate enough to have found something that brings out the best in me and can lift my spirits on a bad day, and for that I am forever grateful. Almost hit a back squat 5rm at 150kg/330lb today, which I just set as a 3rm PR on Wednesday. Goes to show theres a lot that Im leaving in the tank which makes me very optimistic for whats to come. Time to stop sandbagging and become a true grinder. To my Fortius family, I love you guys. Thanks for the push today and all the support.
