Pay is $15-17entry level Mobile Configuration Technician I Job Description and Requirements The Configuration Technician is responsible for the quality delivery of a multitude of technology related services. The ideal candidate will have an understanding and interest in general computer hardware and software as well as mobile device technology. The initiative and drive to get the job done right and ability to learn from their fellow employees as well as a wish to grow their career and expertise in the technology field are also strongly desired. Computing Skills Knowledge of Windows OS (7, XP) and MS Office (2007, 2010) required Mobile OS and Mac OS experience a plus Basic hardware knowledge and troubleshooting a plus Some CMD line experience preferred Familiarity of Word and Excel a must Written, Verbal and Comprehensive Skills Must be able to communicate clearly, in English, verbally and electronically (written email) Must be able to accurately follow written directions Attention to Detail Must be able to accurately record and track work as it is being done Item being asset tagged, imaged, configured, etc. Scanning items into electronic media Keeping completed items separate from those being worked on Physical Movement Lift up to 30lbs. on a regular, continuous basis Education/Experience High School Graduate One or more years of relevant work experience preferred
