Peaches has new ribbons! She earned her L1C (Level 1Containers element on Saturday) and her L2I (Level 2 Interiors element on Sunday). What a super fun weekend with friends, their dogs and my hubby in the score room. Hanging out in the parking lot was a hoot—lots of fun chatter about nose work, dogs, and life in general. I love my nose work gang! Thanks Joyce and Janice for a fun trial and trial site that was so beautiful up near Mt. Hood. The L2 Interiors trial was super fun, one search area had 4 hides in one cabin with two bedrooms--each with several beds/bunks, a separate kitchen and a separate living room area with table, 6 chairs, and 1 or 2 couches. We had 3 minutes 30 seconds to find the 4 hides, Peach rocked it in 1 minute 59 seconds. I was proud of her and of the things I remembered to do on my list—the top two being count the hides and know what I found and where I found them. Now off too Santa Paula for an NW3 next weekend.... This weekend gave me a nice dose of confidence... needed!
