Pediatric Healthcare is so excited to announce that we have hired an additional nurse practitioner; Mrs. Dana Aronin will be joining our practice this week. We are an extremely busy practice and it is very important to us to provide the best possible care to our patients. With Dana on board we will be able to accommodate our same day sick appointments so please call us when your child is sick instead of using the local urgent care or emergency room. And during school physical season this summer we hope to be able to get all our students in for their physicals. Dana comes with an abundance of pediatric experience including cardiac ICU and primary care. She has been a pediatric nurse for 18 years and nurse practitioner for 8 years working at St. Louis Children’s Hospital and Healthcare for Kids in St. Louis. In 2013, she was named St. Louis Magazine’s “Pediatric Nurse of the Year” and with her husband has co-founded an Adaptive Sports Soccer Program for children with special needs. She resides in Granite City with her husband and three sons. Please join us in welcoming her!
