People, I understand all Arizona State Sun Devils uproar about the new drinking rules for tailgating. But this isnt about forcing people to do or not do things. EVERYTHING in this change has to do with a state run university covering their asses in case something happens to someone tailgating. They can be sued if something happens and they took no steps to prevent it. Say 2 guys get WASTED on fireball and beer pong. The get into a fight. One guy falls, hits his head and dies. Guess who gets sued and LOSES. ASU. Millions. There is already a precedent for this. All you have to do is look what happened to the Dodgers when that Giants fan was beat into a coma and is permanently paralyzed. Guess who got sued and LOST. And now has to pay MILLIONS of dollars. The Dodgers. 100% get the new rules with that in mind. Besides. This is ASU. Besides, who better than ASU Students/Alumni/Fans and getting creative to skirt drinking rules. Cmon. You forget we are #professionals here in the land of the sun! #sundevil4life
