People are getting healthy and normalizing their weight by eliminating wheat from their diets. The biggest challenge is trying to find wheat free products to purchase. Seems everything has wheat in it, even the Oatmeal bread, Rye bread, etc. . So after a month of reading labels I decided to take the bull by the horns and figure out how to make my own, without having to spend a fortune in specialty epicurean shops. Wanted to share some of the "how to" that I found.
