People keep saying that a man should NEVER put his hands on a woman. Im sorry but thats just not real. If a woman threatens your safety, your child(ren) or causes you bodily harm, you have every right to defend yourself. THAT DOES NOT MEAN, if she attacks you with her hands (weaponless) and with no imminent danger present, that you should throw a HOOK shot to her face! Men should practice restraint, control, and dignity when dealing with a cantankerous and violent woman but when it comes down to safety, Id encourage a man to defend himself if NEED be. EACH situation is different, but in this case with Ray Rice, he was definitely wrong... she didnt have a weapon, and he could have restrained her, or protected himself by blocking or shielding.
