Per the consensus at our last meeting, on Monday, October 28 we are planning a fall colors outing. We will meet at the HART parking lot at 7:00 am and caravan and/or carpool to Lake Logan and then head south on Rte 215 to the Courthouse, French Broad, and Cathedral waterfalls. For more info on the waterfalls see ncwaterfalls/index2.htm From HART it should take us about 20 minutes to get to Lake Logan. The waterfalls are about 40 minutes south of Lake Logan on Rte 215. Vehicles with low clearance might be a problem for the Courthouse falls, so you may want to consider carpooling, which can be arranged when we meet at the HART parking lot. Please join us for all or part of this outing!
