Performance Men 12 weeks ago A lot of movement and mobility restrictions Low levels of strength Part 1 of 3 tests have been done last night Overhead squat progressions being made! Back squat loads looking great! Some guys could not even squat no matter do it with load!! From Fraser managing some load above head on the Overhead squat is a massive achievement when this guy was seriously stiff from head to toe!! Lol Gordie hitting a nice 110kg for 5 reps and Kev hitting 45kg OHS. Still small areas to look at with form but we are looking at months to years of training! You cannot just expect to be strong as a bull and as supple as a leopard in a few weeks. Takes time, hard work and hours upon hours of training work and pain. awesome work lads!! #TeamHOT #sprint&lift #becomeawesome
