Phoenix needs your help! Phoenix was found with rubber bands tightly wrapped around both of his ears and his tail. Unfortunately, the area around the rubber bands had no blood circulation for so long that the skin had died. In order to help this sweet Miniature Poodle, he needs to have both ears and tail amputated. Of course we are all heart broken and frustrated on how this poor guy has been mistreated. But instead of letting anger dwell, we encourage everyone to put effort in improving his current condition and ensuring a happy, comfortable future.
