Phone Position (Henderson) Fast-paced and growing company in the Legal / Insurance sector is seeking a Phone Clerk. Applicants must possess exceptionally good customer service skills on the phone, and be comfortable talking with people on the phone. We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are knowledgeable in insurance claims, detail-oriented and possess excellent multi-tasking skills to make outbound calls to gather information from people who have had an insurance claim. MUST BE COMFORTABLE CALLING AND SPEAKING TO THESE PEOPLE ABOUT THEIR CLAIM. Applicants Should Posses the Following: • Excellent customer service & communication skills (verbal and written) • Must be able to learn quickly, prioritize , and work independently • Attention to detail / highly motivated individual / good organizational skills • Able to show a professional mannerism and work well with others • Possess excellent computer and internet skills / experience in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook/Email programs such as Windows Live Mail The following skills are preferred, but not required: • Prior knowledge of insurance claims • Spanish speaking Weekdays, day time hours / 40 hours per week.
