Pilates and push ups... That was my workout agenda today. After a busy few days and major DOMS from my Monday workout, Ive had a couple of rest days. And being stuck in the house tonight, I thought Id download a wee learn Pilates app and off I went. Quite enjoyed my first brush with Pilates although I was breathing like I was doing yoga! FYI, if anyone is looking for a local Pilates class, our neighbour Yvonne from Clyde Physiotherapy (Yvonne, maybe you could include the link to your page in the comments as I cant do it from my iPad!) runs a few classes in Bridge of Weir. I cant make the times unfortunately due to childcare commitments, or lack thereof but maybe you could! And pleased to report that my push ups are coming along well. Considering a few weeks ago I struggled to do 2 on my toes, Im now up to 10 fairly decent ones! But I shall wait until I can hit way more than that before I do some sort of big reveal on my push ups! How have you been keeping active? Do you mix it up or do you do the same stuff day in and day out?
