Pip and I have a property in Melbourne that is in need of “rejuvenation”. Any recommendations of a suitable builder or tradie that can organise the work required would be welcomed. Looking at kitchen, bathroom and laundry upgrades as well as painting and replacement of carpet/tiles. We dont want a builder that has six kids attending private school or with visions of holidaying in the Swiss Alps in the winter.
