Planning my thoughts, ideas and content for today and the weekend. So far FORMING GOOD HABITS seems to be the top of my agenda (thanks Brian Tracy). You know the ‘bad’ habits you have that are getting in your way? Well I have some. And this first principle is ringing loudly for me. What are yours? I’m better in the mornings and in the evenings unless I’m recharged before cub goes to bed then I won’t be able to avoid the slump post toddler bedtime. Since nights are wonderful periods of time for reflection and writing, as well as getting grounded, I end up missing out on some beautiful and bountiful hours where my sleep and rest could be drastically improved. How are your evenings designed? The other principle that is ringing in my head is something Steve Harvey said. If you keep doing what youre doing then youll keep getting what youre getting. So if youre not getting what you want then change what youre doing. For me then? What Im doing at night! Its all about practicing regularly. Repeating. Reminding ourselves. Dare I say it. #DailyPractice & #LifeVocabulary go hand in hand. Not sure if Im any closer to knowing what I will record this weekend! Lets see. See you soon wonderful ones.
