Please Read this: Vladimir Putin-The Irresponsible characterizations that are being made about him, his former association with the KGB, and why he did what he did in Ukraine--Kindly trash your typically Liberal master imagery and indoctrination organ for a moment, and read some Truth about Vladimir Putin, Russia and learn-- Being a Member of the KGB is not a lot different than an IRS Agent, or even an FBI Agent. The connection that Americans concoct to Putin and his profession as a KGB officer in what was then, East Germany, is not giving Americans or Westerners a true idea of what Putin is. The British were hands-on in East Germany, and we, too were spying on East Germany and the rest of the Old Bloc- I am NOT a Liberal, NOR am I an apologist for Vladimir Putin. But I have had a tremendous exposure to the USSR, prior to its demise in 1992, and the psychology of the Russians as a people, the way they are taught and conditioned to seeing the West, and how that corresponds to themselves is something were missing, here. I am NOT a conspiracy person, NOR do I believe the USA is a nefarious and evil force in the world. I believe totalitarianism and religious fanaticism is. And I believe in God. So does Putin, BTW. What Americans fail to understand is, Russias in a bind. A big one. With an Industrialized China(ala USA Technology and manufacturing taking place in China), and with Europe insisting on their socialist dream via Euros and banking, Russias concerns for their security as it relates to the Muslim and Islamic states within the former Soviet Bloc is a huge concern for Russia. Like it or not, the United States has not yet pulled back from the days of the cold war, as it relates to instigating so-called freedom movements in former Soviet Satellite Countries. And USAs vicarious or direct involvement via Agency countries, i.e. Poland, Ukraine, is still operating under the notion that if a freedom movement were to sprout up, and rise that somehow the USA will be in their corner-THE RESULT? Some Anarchist dysfunctional chaos driven by violence and lawlessness takes centre stage, as what we saw in Kiev. Hundreds of people have been severely Injured, and many have been killed! Its horrific. With NO clear goal. The only defence these organized hooligans have to justify their anarchy and violence which they visit upon Ukraine is to say, We want to be Free- Free from the Bear, and Putins stooges? So that is why they take to the streets? They Intall their own idiots, corrupted and ambitious and hide behind all their corruption by saying, Were for a Free Ukraine? Some-maybe more than some--of this violence and disorder should directly fall squarely at the feet of our Foreign service and their policy on former Soviet States. Its hard for me to criticize the USA especially since I am a conservative, and dont like to be in the Liberal camp; but I also dont like to be in the Stupid Camp, and make Putin out toe be such a Nefarious man. Hes not. He is doing exactly what ANY US President would do, if say some subversives started cutting off rail routes from Toronto to Buffalo, and distupt roads in Southern Ontario between our two countries, whom share culture, commerce and the like; and if WE had a military base which could potentially fall in to the hands of Anarchists, and not the legitimate Canadian government, for the sake of peace and stability of both our nations, the US would do exactly what Putin did, and it would not matter if Putin was an ex-KGB agent, Bush Senior was DIRECTOR OF THE CIA--and it would not matter what Queen Elizabeth would say about US intervention on the Canadian border, or what Lincoln said or what Marx said-so think some of this hypercriticism of Vladimir Putin and ask yourself, WHY doe our Liberal Press suddenly find a Villain in Putin, when Russia has now become a Free Market Capitalist nation, and that same Liberal Press during the Soviet Times when they did all of the Repression that they could get away with, got a Pass from the Liberal Press? Think again--Putin is a Patriot--and I say, Think first, and learn about Russian isolation and paranoia and read about their history, having lost 20,000,000 of their citizens to Western European Agression--in Putins parents generation--its very recent in the Russian mind--
