Please can someone tell me who can help us out. Mela one of the cats my mum feeds (stray) has a big infecon or inflammation in his/her mouth. He /she is getting worse and worse so yesterday I called animal welfare and they went to pick him/her up. But they did not manage because the cat got scared abviously and ran away. they told my dad they he needs to call SPCA to get cat traps for them to catch it. But when my dad did they told him that he needs to give them 100 Eur deposit .... which I find senseless... Also I cant beleive Animal Welfare have no cat traps !!! Can anyone help us out or tell me what to do as this cat is suffering he/she has like 2 big balls hanging off his face jahasra he is desperate. and he is too scared we cant catch him ourselves he runs away as soon as me make a step towards him/her :(
