Please forward this letter to Honb`le Prime Minister Sh Narendra Modi Ji Dear Sir, This is reference to the Legal law against men`s and favorable to women`s legal law 498a and DV act and IPC 125 I want to notice one thing that you cabinet ministry is passing a law in future that there is 50% of property of husband give to wife after divorce, and weather she is married life of 20 Days or 20 Years After this what is responsibility of any Wife Some point note out for your Kind Consideration please : - 1. If wife file a fake case against husband family she had sound proof or evidence to proved herself in court not by sampathy or feminine immotional blackmail. 2. If there is case file to husband its is fake or real or any circumstances if there is petition final to divorce than. 3. I read in internet that there is 45000 Crores business of this claim money in 498A or dowry case decision to pay by husband to her wife in name of Alimony or maintenance . 4. My opinion is that if a Huge amount ie 20 Lakhs pay to wife in final decision by court don`t give this amount in hand directly to wife but its Deduct by TDS by government rules because its is like a Lottery or win any reward ( TDS Deducted in any term) and remain money deposit in court and pay monthly interest to the wife regularly. 5. Every year wife had to proved and fill the form like pension holder that still she is not again married or not join any government services. 6.
