Please join me in signing this (and getting to 500 signatures). ...these cases could put us on a slippery slope to any private company arguing that religious beliefs justify it denying any medical procedure. This can mean anything from life saving blood transfusions, to vaccinations, to HIV treatment. After all, some have religious objections to these treatments. Your boss shouldn’t be able to deny you health coverage required by law. But this could go beyond health insurance. Religious claims could be used by corporations to avoid all manner of vital employee and public protections. They could be used to justify many forms of illegal discrimination against not only women, but people of color, LGBTQ folks, and more. It’s been tried before. standwithsandra.org/hobby_lobby
