Please keep an eye out for Frank. Last seen in Ellensburg, WA at 3rd Ave & Poplar St. around 11pm on December 15th. He may have also been spotted near the railroad tracks by the Fred Meyer Gas Station and near the corner of Pine & Foster around 4:45pm and 6pm respectively both on December 16th. He is a very fearful and timid rescue. He is quite the escape artist. He does not answer to name but he does have his tags on him and he is microchipped. He may respond to canned wet dog food and we have been trying to see if hell show himself for small pieces of hot dog. He is a small pug/chihuahua mix with a black collar.
