Please pray for me. My unbearable but manageable panic/anxiety attacks are in full swing. I have great supportive services and phone lists of wonderful people I can talk to. I will not be a prisoner of them! People may see that I look fine but no one can see what happens in my head. I really get pissed off when people say just get over them. Also, the systems I am in look at me and say your a white women who looks ok. No severed limbs, not blind. For all those people who dont understand that full-time work is not always an option for me--- just pray for me and Iwill pray for your understanding of a real mental health problem! If you dont understand look up panic attacks on the internet!
