Please share terrified little TONY! You know what is NOT a behavior evaluation? Saying that, and let us paraphrase, This 11-pound little dog is too fearful, really just not outgoing enough for our extremely sophisticated methods and taste, so he can only be pulled by a New Hope rescue, and why not just put him on the euth list to be killed for being scared at ACC? An 11-pound, two-year-old, little Chihuahua will die not for being sick, not for putting the assessors life in danger (please do note the sarcasm here) by being a fear-biter. No. Little Tony is scheduled to be killed tomorrow for being scared. He is perfectly healthy (no, he isnt even showing signs of kennel cough yet.) He is cute (we assume, even though he only has a crappy intake photo.) And, he is scared. Thats his lethal sin, for which he is sitting on death row tonight. Can you give this nugget the peace and quiet of a home in which to decompress and start enjoying life again? If so, volunteer to foster or adopt him, and start contacting New Hope rescues NOW. Dont beg others to step up. Just go ahead and save his life.
