Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a suspicious fire at Dubbo. About 6.10pm yesterday (Monday 28 April 2014), emergency services were called to a vacant house on Collins Avenue, following reports of a fire. Fire and Rescue NSW personnel attended the scene and extinguished the blaze, which damaged the entire structure. A crime scene was established at the house and examined by specialist forensic officers. Police from Orana Local Area Command are investigating the circumstances surrounding the fire, which is being treated as suspicious. Investigators are appealing for anyone with information about the fire to contact police.
