Poor Portland mountain bikers... yes, Sandy Ridge is a shining example of what can be done but then Forest Park stands equally tall as an example of what cant be done. Shame. FP is huge... at least a corner of FP should be developed by and for mountain biking. Meanwhile, Sandy Ridge really does rule! I live south of Eugene (just 30 minutes from Oakridge) yet find the drive to SR worthwhile for the amazingly fun trails there.
