Position: Media Manager RESPONSIBILITIES: Development of the media strategy for the clients of the Media Group; Being responsible for all clientsâ brands of the Media Group (agreed after final job offer); Compiling of media-plans according to briefs: selection of media (TV, press, radio, outdoor), target audience, target area, time etc; Preparation the strategy presentations for the client, organization of quarterly / monthly presentations; Research activity in order to increase the quality of work on projects; Responsible for all the activities for the clients and presentation of results to the General Manager (from Clientâs side); Responsible for the maintenance of chosen media-strategy for brands of the Media Group, and for making timely alterations ( if necessary and submitted to the clientâs approval) and sustaining the deadlines for projects of all brands of the Media Group; Leasing with the network and analyzing of the network experience of launching brands in other countries (if necessary); Other functions. CHARACTERISTICS AND ABILITIES, REQUIRED FOR WORK EXECUTION Personal: Literate social skills; Skills in formulating thoughts; Attentiveness, accuracy in work; Ability of teamwork; Ability of planning and arranging the work; Ability of working under pressure; Initiative; Analytical skills. Specific attainments, skills, special abilities: 3+ years of experience in advertising agency is must; Knowledge of TNS Gallup Media Asia programs such as Infosys, Palomars, Adex, TV Planet, SuperNova. As well as MIS- Media Information System,Vimb; Computer knowledge on the advanced userâs level: Windows, Word, Internet, Power Point, Excel; Skills in business correspondence and drawing up necessary documentation (meeting reports, correspondence with the client, business letters); Fluent English.
