Post #928:(please put this up and if someone can tag Eddie at Iit, thatd be great) Am I the only one who thinks that the black lady who serves the main meal, throws the plate of food at you with a bad attitude??? Ive gotten my plate from her many times now and her manner of putting the plate up on the glass counter hasnt changed. I can understand hurriedly trying to give away plates as fast as possible to keep the line of hungry students moving during the rush hours of lunch and dinner but sometimes, when its just one or two people, she still half-drops, half-throws the plate... Ive worked in food and customer service before and Ive learned that my composure and attitude affects my customers. No matter how terrible Ive felt, Ive always greeted my customers with a good smile, talked and answered their questions in a friendly voice, and overall looked happy to be at their service. The feeling I get from her is I hate my job and I hate feeding these college kids. It really bothers me to the point that sometimes I dont even bother eating my plate anymore....~Anonymous
