Post from member: You TBI people what do you think? If a person is hurt on a job and it affected there mental status with panic attacks, PTSD, mental confusion, etc.. Is it right to charge them for a student loan when they never settled for the brain injury and they retaliated against me and my family. My request was that the place of employment I worked for settle by paying that loan. They gave me a paper that showed the loans paid and told me I did not have to worry about them now they are trying to bring legal action against me. Is it to much to ask the place I was injured at to pay this loan in full for settlement.,that to much is not to much to since I received nothing for my brain injury at work and they tried their best to keep me and my family from going to workers compensation court.. I need legal help would someone please help me. I have been denial and attorney in SC. and during the worse time of injury I was denied medical help. All this is against my civil rights? I even took this to the President of the US. Please someone help me understand why I am asking to much for 10 years of my life being injured and stolen due to injury.
