This beautiful, articulate homeless young man was the victim of a Hate Crime here in Chico in the last couple of days. After a City Council meeting on Oct.22nd, in which City Council member Randall Stone joked about how fun it would be to turn on the sprinklers on the homeless when theyre on the grass, a local woman then took a hose to this man when he was sitting on a public bench, explaining that shed come from the meeting, and this was what the city council was going to do with the homeless. She soaked his pants and shoes. In winter, in the freezing temperatures of night, wet clothes and shoes can mean death, or at least an emergency room visit for hypothermia. Lucky were still having warm weather. The law counts even tossing a paper cup or spitting at your spouse as Domestic Abuse, and requires that you immediately be taken to jail. So what should the penalty be for such a heartless woman intentionally hosing down a man she perceives as being powerless? Shes just lucky hes a gentle spirit --- but then shed probably already sensed that, which is why she thought she could get away with being so cruel in the first plac
