Pragmatism is often interpreted as hostility or cynicism. This guy is pragmatic, you have a hearing problem and you dont go to a fast-lube auto shop. I could debate him that you need a communicator, a logistical expert and not necessarily a doctor but the Obama Czar is neither of those either. He is a beltway insider that ordered scotch and paperclips for 2 vice presidents. Ive been in jobs that I was not in my element doing but my job was delegating tasks and firing incompetent employees, or better yet, having them resign. Still I was the only person that had the pragmatism to understand a company or organization cant stay alive unless people do their jobs as expeditiously and professionally as possible. I fired 14 people before 8am for doctoring their time cards stealing. They were stealing from the company that paid my bills and fed my family. Politics seems to have no such loyalties.
