Praise Report: Yesterday, I went to my doctor to have baseline bloodwork done because I had agreed to participate in a six-month study of persons who had been battling high cholesterol. While there, I was congratulated by the physician because my weight is lower than it has been in YEARS (in fact, about 25 lbs. less than my highest weight a few years back). This morning, I got a call telling me that I no longer qualified for their study because my cholesterol level has DECREASED out of their study poulation category! #takingbettercareofthetemple
