Praises and Gratitude: Last week had sudden onset chest pain so did the wise thing and went for the ER checkup; which turned into repeat lab testing and a stress test ...two days later. The blessing is I passed with flying colors ! The heart LV is pumping out at 82% ejection fraction (average is 55-70). I declare Glory to God for the wisdom to have been dedicated to fresh vegetables as main diet staple ...and special appreciation to Mr. Shinya and his Enagic company for the Amazing Kangen Water I enjoy on a daily basis !! ... and a special recognition to my daughter, Joelle Tucker Linn for being the stick-like-glue first born child. She was a rock !
