Prayer for Today....... Father, we present ourselves before Your mercy seat at this moment, in need of power. We crave forgiveness from all sins and power to overcome sin. In this day and age you have given us a message to share with the world of Your soon return. We pray that as we get ready our lives with cry out like a trumpet. We pray that the way we live will give power to the words we speak as we share the good news of salvation and the imminent end of troubles for all ages. If we should be called to rest today; may we be found faithful when the records are examined. Never the less, as long you lend us breath may we leave footprints of encouragement and hope on each page of our story. We recommit ourselves to follow where you lead, to do only as you bid us and to take our place on the walls to sound the trumpet in Jesus name we pray. Amen
