Prayer request from Israel, just received: Shalom dear partners in ministry, As you know, we have a ministry in Sderot where we help around 200 families; we have meetings with people and distribute packages there. I know that you pray for me, our ministry in this city and those people who we work with but there is to some extant an extraordinary situation that requires us to be even more vigilant in prayer. At present, the city is being fired on. The siren goes off about 15 times a day. Several missiles exploded in the city, one rocket hit a school where a recreational camp for children was being held. Parents are afraid and begin to take their children away from the city; many people flee and they actually cannot be blamed for that. It is especially difficult for the elderly generation who cannot simply leave the city. They ask us to take them somewhere at least for a few days so that they could get away from it all. We pray for that and hope to receive an answer from God and an opportunity to do what He shows us. Please pray for these people and for our ministry with them. May the Lord Almighty support them and lead them through these stressful times. There is an urgent need for our prayers right now as the situation is very hard.
