Pres Obama is in a peculiar position - Obama tells Putin that Putin is VIOLATING the Ukraine Constitution by Putins invasion of Ukraine and Crimea, but at the SAME time, Pres Obama is HIMSELF violating the US Constitution by issuing Executive Orders (EOs) changing laws Obama does not have the authority to change. Article 1,Section 8 specifies that only Congress can make, or change law. Now, the US House, which has the power of the US Purse is preparing a Court challenge of Obamas EOs. The House Democrats DONT WANT to challenge their Democrat President on his violating the US Constitution. Would the Democrats be so reluctant, if a Republican President was the one issuing such EOs? Its just like in California, where Gov Brown is seeking A 4TH TERM as Gov DESPITE California law that prohibits more than 2 terms. This just shows, Democrats DONT CARE about law, unless its suits THEM politically.
