Preston had clinic this morning to follow up after his month on antibiotics and to check on his lung function after last months drop to only 68%. Well the good news is his LF is back to 91% :) another swab was done but they are confident he had a psuedomonas infection and the Aspergillus he grew last swab is not a concern ATM as it was only a small growth. His weight however is declining so they want to rule out diabetes as his levels have been impaired for some time and on the way towards insulin being needed so we will head back up to the hospital some time in the next week to have a monitor inserted for a few days. The theory is that his weight decline could be due to the diabetes praying its not and its just because he hasnt been well the past couple of months. Other then that lung wise they dont want to see him till November :)) woohoo thank God !!! Thank you all for your thoughts , prayers and messages this past month. We appreciate the support , means a lot. We will update after the diabetes monitor results are complete.
