This transmission was removed from a customers vehicle that was still running and operating fine. The customer chose to have a lower mile transmission installed in the vehicle with a new torque converter. When the old one was originally thought to be bad. This turned out not to be the problem. It was finally discovered to be a bad control unit for the transmission. This was due to the new transmission showing the exact identical symptoms. When the control module was changed it immediately fixed the identical issues that were noticed on both of the transmissions.
