Prickles the hedgehog. Tony found Prickles while he was out walking Falcor. He was out in the middle of the day and was staggering and falling about. Tony phoned me and I went with a cat carrier to get him. We left him quietly for half an hour and then gave him rehydration fluids and soaked puppy food. We were very relieved when he ate and drank on his own. He does have a torn ear and a cut behind his ear and flies have left eggs all over them. We have bathed his cut and removed the fly eggs and will let him gain strength until he is well enough to be released.
