Even if we went WAY OUT ON A LIMB and said ALL 7 million were part of that original 49 million uninsured - that would be 14%.....yes 14% - only in the lala left land would 14% be considered a success. In all actuality it is estimate that nearly 6 million of that 7 million were previously insured but lost their insurance due to the new regulations. What a joke.
