Prof. Osinbajo May Emerge Buhari’s Running Mate Barring any last minute change in plans, the All Progressives Congress may pick a former Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice in Lagos State, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, as the running mate of the APC presidential candidate, Major Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (retd.). A competent source opined that “Osinbajo will likely be named as the vice presidential candidate today.” According to the party stalwarts at the APC’s headquarters in Abuja, the formal announcement of Buhari’s running mate would be made by 2pm today (Wednesday, 17/12/14).
