Proud Daddy Day. I went to Jakes IEP RSP Special education yearly meeting today. His counselor and principle and one of his teachers were in the meeting. They had nothing but fantastic things to say about Jacob. They spoke of how hard he tries in each class and always has a great attitude. Sometimes not sure if they were talking about a child of mine. LOL All his grades were up from last year and his progress this year has been outstanding! 50% of his classes are special ed. They are looking to transition him in the coming years to all standard classes and they feel like he will be able to graduate high school on time and in regular classes. Absolutely Awesome! Not bad for a kid that was never suppose to walk or talk. Super proud Dad! ATTA BOY!
