Proverbs 29:1 It isn’t possible that we can be right all the time or that we know everything. It is important for us to acknowledge this. We will be open-minded to receive from a source higher than us. One of the few sad things in life include a person who under goes a multiple of rebukes and doesn’t change. Being stubborn every time we are corrected can only lead us to destruction of which we can never recover from. Getting rebuked may sometimes be painful and doesn’t often go well with the recipient of the rebuke. You would even feel like throwing something at the person giving rebuke. But we should always yearn to be corrected. Good correction will always lead us to growth and always add to our wisdom. Painful as it is it will yield good fruits in our lives.
