Proverbs 8:13,"The fear of the LORD is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate." In our society today, we hear a lot about all we should love, love, love. The Bible is clear about the things we should hate. This verse has some great things to hate. Having hatred for these areas will keep these things from taking root in your life. Hatred is a strong word, but when it comes to evilness, it is a necessary emotion to have. Do you really hate the evil way? God sure hates these things, and we should too.
