Psalm 139:16-18 Your eyes saw me when I was inside the womb. All the days ordained for me were recorded in your scroll before one of them came into existence. How difficult it is for me to fathom your thoughts about me, O God! How vast is their sum total! If I tried to count them,they would outnumber the grains of sand. Even if I finished counting them, I would still have to contend with you. If you have ever doubted that the Lord delights in you, read these verses carefully and meditate upon the breathtaking love of God. As a loving Father, His thoughts are on us so much more than I think we credit to Him. I am often too quick to speak with God as if Im taking time away from His already busy schedule. I treat Him as if He was doing something else before I started praying. The truth, as always, shatters the lie into pieces. When we begin to pray, His full attention has already been on us, because Gods attention can be fully on everything and everyone at once. The magnitude of who He is and what He is capable of so often escapes us, and we make the mistake of living according to that false view of Him.
